This time-lapse captures the full restoration process, from carefully disassembling the original cherry wood structure to sanding, salvaging, and rebuilding with new life and craftsmanship.

The goal was to preserve the table’s rustic charm while giving it a clean, smooth finish worthy of the incredible meals and memories it hosts. As a former chef at FLX Hospitality, this project was especially meaningful—bringing my two passions together: food and woodworking.
